Highfield Preserves is excited to announce new flavours for 2024 !
Westcountry Cider Chutney
We are adding the iconic Westcountry Cider Chutney to our range. Packaged in a larger jar to sit alongside our Piccalilli Pickle, this is the perfect chutney for sharing in big dollops on ploughman’s lunches and with sandwiches. This product really showcases the Westcountry, using local ingredients such as Scrumpy Cider from Palmer Hayes in Devon.
We are proud of where we make our products and want to shout about it, so now all our labels have been re-designed to say ‘Made in the Westcountry‘ clearly on the front of each precious jar. We love where we live and the lifestyle here in the Westcountry is the inspiration for all that we do.
Mango Chutney
By popular demand, we have introduced a fabulous Mango Chutney to the range. We cannot live without this special product! It is simply the best mango chutney we have made and the only one we want to accompany our curries on a Friday night. This product is a total staple in the Fraser household!
Three Fruit Marmalade / Lemon & Honey Marmalade
Boosting our marmalade range, we are adding a deliciously fruity, Three Fruit Marmalade and a warming Lemon & Honey Marmalade. We feel that these flavours will really compliment the range and add something a little bit different for our customers to try.
Apricot Jam
A luscious Apricot Jam will add to our wonderful jam range with a simple, but totally gorgeous flavour. We want to give everyone their favourite jam selection and we felt that Apricot was the one popular flavour missing. Apricot really adds to the range and gives a glorious selection of the finest jams made by us in the Westcountry!
Christmas Spiced Curd
Last, but certainly not least, we have a really exciting new product launching for Christmas 2024.
You may say it is too early to be thinking of Christmas, but our larger retailers are starting to look at their selections for Christmas already. We know that our Christmas Spiced Curd is going to be a real hit – it is totally wonderful and unique. This lemon-based, citrus curd has all the flavours of Christmas; fragrant orange oil, cinnamon and nutmeg conjures up an absolute Christmas delight! Whilst it can be used in the usual way such as on toast, crumpets or stirred through natural yoghurt, it can also be used in the same way that you would use brandy butter; on a Christmas Pudding or a mince pie. Why not try some in your Christmas bakes or for a very special Christmas afternoon tea on scones with clotted cream? What a treat.
