This year we have crafted a very special Spiced Christmas Curd. This smooth, velvety-textured curd is made with a Lemon Curd base flavoured with organic orange oil to give it a truly ‘St Clements’ feel, then fragrantly spiced with warming cinnamon and nutmeg Christmas spices. Our award-winning curd with a Christmas twist!
Delicious stirred through natural yoghurt or spooned over croissants, mince-pies and Christmas puddings, also great to use in Christmas bakes. Try as a filling for tarts, biscuits and cakes or enjoy it on its own, by the spoonful!
